Heavy Diesel Fitters & LV Mechanics

Reitech Services is hiring experienced Diesel and HRT Mechanics for field service and workshop roles in the Bowen Basin. If you’ve got the skills, we’ve got a spot for you..

Position

Mechanical Technicians: Diesel Fitters, Mechanical Fitters, Light Vehicle Mechanics.

$60 - $75 + Bonus

FIFO / DIDO / Residential

Location

Moranbah QLD

Roster

Various Rosters available; 2/1, 7/7, Mon-Fri

Requirements

Trade Qualified Mechanic, Certificate III - Automotive Mechanical Technology (Heavy Vehicle Mobile Equipment) or similar.
Post-trade experience working in the mining, heavy mobile equipment, light vehicle and/or heavy road transport industries.
Experience in general maintenance, breakdowns, component changeouts and servicing of Heavy Earthmoving equipment and road transport equipment.
Demonstrated experience with a wide range of OEM equipment.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams.
You will also need to always possess a high regard and practice of health and safety.

Responsibilities

Building, inspecting, and maintaining mechanical equipment in field and workshop environments
Must consistently prioritise and adhere to health and safety processes and procedures.
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.
Participating in on-the-job mentoring and training to achieve and maintain high standards.
